Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the professionalism of employees at the Pengulu Bagan Punak Meranti Office, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The assessment indicators used include competence, efficiency, effectiveness and responsibility. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and the data collected by this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions and the objectivity of the existence of objectives at the research location. The population and sample in this study amounted to 42 people. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of primary data collected using a questionnaire and interview list technique and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the scoring technique. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assesses and concludes that the Professionalism Analysis of Employee Work at the Pengulu Bagan Punak Meranti Office, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency is categorized as quite professional. The inhibiting factor is that the location of the Pengulu Bagan Punak Meranti office is very remote, so that internet access becomes slow or slow, plus the electricity also often experiences blackouts from PLN, resulting in obstructed file management services and slow completion from a predetermined time.
