Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the presence or absence of accountability and transparency in the management of village funds in North Foldkain Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency in 2020. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The theory that is used as the basis for this research is Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management, namely planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. The results showed that the implementation of village fund accountability/responsibility in North Foldkain Village was in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018. This can be seen from the planning preparation procedures, and also the responsibility for managing the village funds by realizing some of the development plans in the Foldkain village. North and the presentation and submission of the Village Revenue Budget (APBDesa) and the indicators for the implementation of activities in 2020 are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and so are the administrative indicators are carried out by the village treasurer. at the stage of transparency/ openness of village funds on reporting and accountability indicators the village government does not apply the principle of transparency in the management of village funds, this right is due to the lack of openness to the community in managing village funds and then there are still many community limitations in obtaining information about the management of village funds such as accountability reports. realization of APBDesa implementation.
