Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between speed and agility with the ability to dribble extracurricular students at Az-zuhra SMP IT Pekanbaru. This type of research is a correlational research which aims to see the closeness of the relationship between the variables, namely: the independent variable speed (X1) and agility (X2) on the dependent variable, namely the results of dribbling (Y) extracurricular students of SMP IT AZ-ZUHRA PEKANBARU who numbering 20 people. The data in this study were obtained and collected through tests: (a) 30 meter run (b) Dodging run (c) Nurhasan dribbling test. The data obtained and analyzed correlatively. Based on the above analysis, the correlation produces an Rcount of 0.660 and an Rtable of 0.456. Means Rcount > Rtable. It can be concluded that the results are accepted a (0.05). From the results of the analysis above it can be concluded that there is a strong speed between speed (X1) and agility (X2) by dribbling extracurricular students at Az-zuhra SMP IT Pekanbaru at level a (0.05) with a 95% confidence level.
