Abstract

This thesis discusses the Development of the Bina Tasik Dance Studio by the Pelalawan Regency Cultural Service, Riau Province. Guidance is all business matters, endeavors and activities related to planning and organizing as well as controlling everything that is orderly and directed. The main problem in this research is How is the Development of the Bina Tasik Dance Studio by the Culture Office of Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province? The purpose of this study was to determine the Development of the Bina Tasik Dance Studio by the Pelalawan Regency Culture Office, Riau Province. The theory that researchers use is the theory of coaching by Masdar Helmi. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation data collection, interview (interview) and documentation. The results of this study concluded that the coaching carried out at the Bina Tasik Studio was based on the theory of planning, organizing (implementation), and controlling, aiming for the Bina Tasik Studio to always develop and also to develop community cultures so that they would not be lost with the development of the times. The benefit of coaching at the studio is to unlock the potential of the chairperson and also the members of the studio to always develop creativity in their work. Coaching also helps overcome complex / significant problems in achieving the goals to be achieved, both individuals and groups.
