Abstract
This study aims to determine the sales promotion of subsidized housing at PT. Graha Nusantara Group, Kampar Regency. The problem in this research is about how to promote sales of subsidized housing at PT. Graha Nusantara Group, Kampar Regency. The assessment indicators used in this study use the theory of Kotler and Keller which states the following sales promotions: coupons, discounts, price deals, sample packaging, premiums, cashback, continuity programs, contests and sweepstakes. This research is located at PT. Graha Nusantara Group, Kampar Regency. By using a descriptive survey that describes the actual situation regarding the marketing of subsidized housing at PT. Graha Nusantara Group, Kampar Regency. Types and techniques of data collection used consisted of primary data with interviews and questionnaires. Secondary data obtained from PT. Graha Nusantara Group, Kampar Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive. Based on the results of the study, it was found that sales promotion on subsidized housing at PT. Graha Nusantara Group Kampar Regency is quite good with a total percentage of 43% of 30 respondents.
