The use and utilization of composite materials is currently growing, along with the increasing use of these materials, which are increasingly widespread, ranging from simple ones such as household appliances to the industrial sector, both small-scale and large-scale industries. Composites have their own advantages compared to other alternative engineering materials such as strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, economical and so on. Here will be conducted research using the laminating method for the manufacture of polymer conductor plates and as a binder of epoxy resin. In particular, the purpose of this research is to be able to make composites from carbon fiber cloth, carbon paper and epoxy resin as a binder to become a composite material that has more alternative value, and to get the best layer in the manufacture of laminated composites. Namely carbon fiber cloth, carbon paper and epoxy resin as a binder to get the value optimum from the electrical conductivity test, bending test and microstructural observations of the layers of carbon fiber cloth, carbon paper and epoxy resin. In this study, the tests were carried out including electrical conductivity tests, bending tests, and microstructural observations of each sample, composite plate with temperature variants in layer compression, namely 110°C and 120°C. From the results of this study, it was found that the high electrical conductivity value in the first sample (1) with a temperature variant of 110°C with a value of 0.436 Ω.S^(-1) and the sample that had the highest bending strength value was obtained in the first sample because it had a value of 18.29 N/〖mm〗^2.
