Abstract

Land registration aims to provide legal certainty and legal protection to holders of rights over a land parcel, apartment unit and other registered rights so that they can easily prove themselves as holders of damaged rights. The purpose of this study was to see the service for obtaining a Compensation Certificate (SKGR) at the Bagan Sinembah Sub-District Office, Rokan Hilir Regency and to see the obstacles in administering SKGR in the Bagan Sinembah Sub-District Office, Rokan Hilir Regency. Data obtained through interviews with key informants and informants as well as direct observation to the research location. The data were processed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the research that dominantly affect the SKGR management service are professionalism and employee discipline. The obstacles in the management of the SKGR are the undisciplined implementation of the service at work, and the slow publication of the SKGR. As an executor of SKGR service activities, employees should have professionalism, work discipline and be able to provide good services to the community.
