Abstract
This study discusses the interpersonal communication of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers with problem students at MTs LKMD (Village Community Resilience Institution) Giti, Rokan Hulu District. This study limits how interpersonal there is between counseling teachers and problem students. The purpose of this study was to determine how the interpersonal communication of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers with students with problems at MTs LKMD (Village Community Resilience Institution) Giti, Rokan Hulu district. This study uses a qualitative method. data collection through the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the interpersonal communication of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers with problem students is done face-to-face. The violations committed by students are categorized as 3 stages of violation, namely: minor violations, moderate violations, and serious violations. the stage in dealing with students who have problems is done by assisting students in madrasah schools.
