Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether the occupational health and safety (K3) program had a significant effect on work competence and productivity at PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu. The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar both in the office and in the field. The sampling technique in this study used the Census Sampling technique, which is a technique taken from the wishes and objectives of the researcher, amounting to 80 people. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive and Smartpls 3.0 (Confirmatory Factor Analysis). The results of this study indicate that occupational health and safety programs have partial and simultaneous effect on work competence and productivity at PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu.
