Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether personality factors significantly influence employee commitment at PT. The work of Tama Bhakti Mulia Koto Kampar. The population and sample in this study were all employees in the office, amounting to 53 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire containing statements given to employees of PT. The work of Tama Bhati Mulia. And data analysis techniques in this study using SPSS 26, namely the Partial T Test. The results of this study indicate that personality factors significantly influence organizational commitment at PT. The work of Tama Bhakti Mulia Koto Kampar
