Abstract

This research is about public policy conducted by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, the Family Hope Program. This program was created to tackle poverty in Indonesia. The focus of this research is the Family Hope Program Implementation Evaluation, in this case the researcher want s to know how far the implementation of this program starts from the plan , implementation, supervision and final evaluation or evaluation of the Family Hope Program. This research is a qualitative study, meaning that the research procedures used will prod uce descriptive data which are written or oral words from people and observable behavior. To fulfill all of this, in this study data collection was done by interviewing both the assistants as key informants and with several members of the Beneficiary Famil y , both the key informants and the Beneficiary Family members selected for interviewing were all determined using purposive sampling techniques. The interviews were conducted separately. This is done so that in answering the questions at the time of the i nterview they cannot influence each other so that an objective answer will be obtained. The list of questions made for symmetrical companions with the list of questions made for Beneficiary Families; this is intended if the answers between the two are alig ned, the program runs as it should. If the answers between the two are not aligned, the program does not work properly . Then the data is analyzed at various levels from input, process, output, outcome and impact. The results of this data analysis will the n be concluded
