Abstract

This research was conducted on the basis of not optimal implementation of the village innovation program in Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the village innovation program (PID), Pinggir sub-district, Bengkalis district, and to determine the obstacles in implementing the village innovation program, Pinggir sub-district, Bengkalis district. The research method used is qualitative. The research result of this research is the implementation of the Village Innovation Program has not been implemented yet. The conclusion of this study is based on communication indicators, namely the Pinggir sub-district government has implemented communication in the implementation of PID to village government. In the Resource Indicator, namely PID Implementation is carried out by the Village Innovation Implementation Team (TPID), the Disposition Indicator is that PID Implementers do not understand the village innovation program so there is no accountability regarding the implementation of PID, In the Bureaucratic Structure indicator, namely there is no structure regarding the implementation of the innovation program village. Suggestions for this research to the sub-district government are expected to pay more attention to the programs that will be implemented by maximizing the role and towards the village government, it should pay more attention to the potential that exists in the village and conserve existing natural resources according to village capacity.
