Abstract

ABSTRACT The compulsory insurance for workers still has weaknesses, such as complicated services where in the event of a work accident, the first service is placed in the clinic, then if the clinic is not capable, then they are referred to the hospital where PT. Sari Lembah Subur is working together and there are workers' views that make BPJS Ketenagakerjaan a burden they have to spend every month from the wages they get for compulsory employment insurance, because not all family members can be covered by the company, because PT. Sari Lembah Subur only bears 5 cards, namely husband, wife and 3 children, if the child is more than the stipulated requirement, PT. Sari Lembah Subur does not cover his health insurance. The main research problem is how is the implementation of Law Number 24 Year 2011 concerning the Social Security Administration at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency, and What are the inhibiting factors in providing occupational health insurance at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency. The research method is observational research by means of a survey, namely research that is directly carried out at the research location with data collection tools in the form of interviews and questionnaires. While its nature is descriptive in nature, the writer tries to provide a detailed description of the implementation of Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Administration at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency. The results of the study show that the implementation of Law Number 24 Year 2011 concerning the Social Security Administration at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency is not running optimally because even though the company has an obligation to register itself and family members it employs at BPJS, there are still some who have not registered because of the lack of administrative requirements even though workers have worked for more than 1 year and Barriers to Providing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to Workers at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency is the lack of awareness and responsibility of the company in providing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to workers and company limitations due to financial problems that are being considered to increase workers' wages and the government does not supervise companies in providing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to workers.
