Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of workload on financial compensation at the marketing division of PT. Tirta Emas KemasIndo (JESSELYN) Pekanbaru. The research subjects were employees of PT Tirta Emas KemasIndo (JESSELYN) Pekanbaru in the Marketing division. In this study, the samples were 33 respondents. Data analysis using descriptive method. The data analysis tool used is simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant positive effect on financial compensation.
