Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. The work of Tama Bhakti Mulia in Koto Kampar Hulu, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees at PT. The work of Tama Bhakti Mulia. The sample in this study used the Purposive Sampling technique, which is based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, namely 32 people. Data collection techniques in this study using kueisoner. And data analysis techniques in this study using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. The work of Tama Bhakti Mulia in Koto Kampar Hulu,
