Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Arvena Agree on Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of permanent employees of PT. Arvena Sepakat Indragiri Hulu Regency either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT. Arvena Agree as many as 82 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study is to use a saturated sampling technique in which the population is sampled. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially work discipline has an effect on the performance of permanent employees of PT. Arvena Agree on Indragiri Hulu Regency. Organizational culture partially affects the performance of permanent employees of PT. Arvena Agree on Indragiri Hulu Regency. Simultaneously work discipline and organizational culture have an influence on the performance of permanent employees of PT Arvena Agree on Indragiri Hulu Regency.
