Abstract

Services for the Social Security Administering Body for the Old Age Security Program through filing a claim for Old Age Security is still an obstacle where an Old Age Security claim with one day notice file is accepted or rejected but in reality more than one day. Of course, the achievement of fast and precise service is needed in order to provide satisfaction to the applicant . Achievement of Old Age Security claim services at the Lima Puluh Subdistrict Branch Offices and the Tampan District, Pekanbaru City through Fairness, Comfort, Care, Reliability, Convenience, and Trust. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that hinder the analysis of the Old Age Security Service Program at the Social Security Administering Body in Pekanbaru City. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Old Age Security claim service at the Lima Puluh Village Office and Tampan District, Pekanbaru City had been implemented but not optimally where there is still a delay in the settlement of the Old Age Security claim for more than one day the file is received or rejected This is due to a lack of employees in providing services and coordinating old age insurance claims. However, the authors suggest to the Lima Puluh Subdistrict Branch Offices and Tampan Subdistricts, Pekanbaru City to increase the number of employees, provide timely settlement of Old Age Security claims, and increase cooperation with the Pekanbaru City Social Security Administering Agency to accelerate data collection.
