Abstract
This research was conducted at the Economic Business of Savings and Loans Village (UEK-SP) Mitra Usaha Sejahtera, Kampung Rempak Village, Siak District, Siak Sri Indrapura Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriateness of the accounting application in the Economic Business of the Savings and Loans Village (UEK-SP) Business Partners. SejahteraKelurahan Kampung Rempak, Siak District, Siak Sri Indrapura Regency with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The problem with UEK-SP Mitra Usaha Sejahtera is that it does not make cash flow reports, equity and notes on financial statements. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, which is a study that aims to obtain an overview to understand and explain the management of the Economic Business in the Village of Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) Mitra Usaha Sejahtera. The types of data needed in this researcher are primary data and secondary data, and the data collection techniques are carried out by interview and documentation methods. The source of this research is the notes and documents provided by the manager of UEK-SP Mitra Usaha Sejahtera to researchers in the form of soft files. The results of the study indicate several deficiencies in the financial statements presented by UEK-SP, namely the absence of cash flow reports, equity, notes on financial statements and in calculating the service life is not correct, because it does not pay attention to the date of delivery. From the description of the discussion and the results of the research conducted by the author, it can be seen that the application of accounting in the Economic Business of the Savings and Loan Village (UEK-SP) Mitra Usaha Sejahtera is not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
