Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze Persada Radio 93.2 FM planning in determining program of Morning Show PFM. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive presentation. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects consisted of four people, namely the studio head, music director, program staff, and announcer. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the planning of Persada Radio 93.2 FM in determining the program for the morning show PFM will generally continue to carry out the same on air schedule as before, from 06:06 WIB to 07:00 WIB. The morning show program has a request format for Indonesian and international music. Considering that the studio transmitter equipment is under maintenance, it is predicted that it will start being active online as usual in August 2021. There will be the addition of a new format, namely information about traffic flow, health protocol campaigns and an appeal to teenagers not to be lazy at home by broadcasters. . There is a recruitment of new broadcasters because some of the old publishers have quit. This plan was conceived by the crew in the hope that it would retain and be more easily recognizable to longtime listeners. In addition, with the planned addition of a health protocol campaign, it is hoped that the main target audience, namely teenagers, can entertain, and invite teenagers to obey and take care of themselves during the covid-19 pandemic.
