Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe levels of teachers’ difficulties in planning, implementing, and evaluating economics learning based on 2013 Curiculum in Pelalawan Regency, and (2) investigate what dimension is the most difficult for teachers in economic learning based on the 2013 curiculum in Pelalawan Regency.This was a descriptive study employing the quantitative approach. It was a population study and the research subject were teachers joining the Subject Matter Teacher Forum(SMTF) for Economics in Pelalawan Regency with a total of 36 teachers. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics presented in percentages.The result of the study are as follows. (1) teachers do not find it difficult to authentic assessment economic learning based on Curiculum 2013. However, they find it relatively difficult to plan and implement economic learning based on Curiculum 2013; (2) the most difficult dimension for teachers in economics learning based on Curiculum 2013 in Pelalawan Regency is the implement dimension. (3) male teachers are more difficult in teaching and learning the 2013 curriculum. S1 learning teachers are more difficult in conducting curriculum planning and learning in 2013 and teachers whose teaching time is <5 is more difficult in planning learning learning.
