Abstract

Research with the title "The Effect of Rhizobium and Household Liquid Waste on Growth and Production of Soybean (Glycine max L.) under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Hasan Basri Jumin, M.Sc This research has been carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Islamic University of Riau, Jalan Kaharudin Nasution km 13, Keluruhan Airingin, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru, Riau Province. This research was carried out from July 2019 to October 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Rhizobium Dosage and Household Liquid Waste Concentration on the growth and production of soybeans. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial consisting of 2 factors, the first factor was the Rhizobium dose with 4 levels and the second factor was the concentration of household liquid waste consisting of 4 levels of treatment. A total of 480 plants 7 were sampled. Parameters observed were plant height, net assimilation rate, relative growth rate, harvest age, seed weight per plant, weight of 100 seeds and the efficiency of using Rhizobium. Data were analyzed statistically. If F count is greater than F table, then BNJ further test is carried out at the 5% level. Based on the results of the study: Rhizobium dosage and concentration of household wastewater had a significant effect on the parameters of dry seed weight and 100 seeds weight. The main effect of Rhizobium dosage and household liquid waste significantly affects all parameters. The best dose of Rhizobium is 9 g / kg of seeds and the best concentration of household liquid waste is 1000 ml/l.
