Abstract

This study entitled "Consumer Account Officer Communication Strategy in Promoting Multipurpose Loans at PT.Bank Riau Kepri Bagan Batu Branch". . The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were consumer account officers, credit account officers and credit deficit leaders and 2 civil servants for various-purpose credit promotion borrowers. The results of this study indicate that there are findings, namely the Consumer Account Officer communication strategy in promoting multi-purpose credit at PT.Bank Riau Kepri Branch Bagan Batu, which is carried out directly and indirectly, directly by promoting multi-purpose credit by coming directly to the intasi- related agencies and conduct events to introduce the product. While indirectly done through media such as social media Facebook and Instagram.
