Abstract

Promotion is a step that can be used to introduce a service or service that can be offered to the public. In today's digital era, promotion can be done using various media, and also with the development of technology and information, audiences can easily obtain information. But also needed information that is easily accessible to obtain information that is using the internet. Currently, the use of the Instagram Reels feature as a promotional tool with the aim of increasing the number of visitors at least every day can generate feedback on Benings Clinic Pekanbaru. The results of Reels' uploads are what make the promotion strategy at Benings Clinic Pekanbaru different from promotions carried out by other beauty clinics. The purpose of this study is to see the use of the Reels feature on Instagram as a promotional medium at Benings Clinic Pekanbaru. The research method used is a qualitative method. The subjects of this research are the public relations department, employees and the public using Benings Clinic products. From the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of the Reels feature on Instagram as a promotional medium by the Beauty Clinic @Beningsclinic_Pekanbaru has been properly carried out through several things to support the marketing carried out in accordance with the planned objectives.
