Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the health services of BPJS Kesehatan users at the Bangkinang City Health Center. This research was conducted at the Bangkinang City Health Center using a qualitative approach. The research method used is descriptive with data triangulation and the object of data collection is observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is based on the concept of Fitzsimmons in Lijan Poltak Sinambela (Reability, Tangibility, Responsiviness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Assurance) and Emphaty (Empathy). The informants in this study are people who are considered to know the problem that is happening by using purposive sampling technique, namely the technique used by researchers in determining the sample by determining special characteristics that are in accordance with the research objectives so that they are expected to be able to answer existing problems. Results Health services for BPJS Kesehatan user patients at the Bangkinang City Health Center are carried out to the maximum extent possible by all existing officials.
