Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Islamic University of Riau Pekanbaru. The population in this study were faculty employees at the Islamic University of Riau. While the sample is as many as 53 people who represent the population. Sampling using purposive sampling method. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression, t test and determination (R 2 ). The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance at the Islamic University of Riau Pekanbaru.
