Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on the performance of employees of PT. TriMitra Jaya Semesta Pekanbaru City either simultaneously or partially. In this study using the research method used is a quantitative method with a correlational approach with respondents numbering 91 employees of Pt. Tri Mitra Jaya Semesta Pekanbaru with positions including in the Administration section 5 people. Manager section 0 people, part technician network operational management 40 people. The new plug-in section is 36 people. Project 10 people and the Logistics section 5 people, while the data analysis technique uses quantitative analytical techniques by first testing the validity, reliability and simple linear regression through the SPSS 21.0 program. From the results of the analysis conducted by researchers, it can be seen that Employee Work Placement and Employee Performance at PT. Tri Mitra Jaya Semesta Pekanbaru has been running quite well, while the employee's performance is also in quite good condition. Based on the data from the research answers, the highest average percentage of respondents' answers about employee job placement is agree. This means that employees of PT. TriMitra Jaya Semesta Pekanbaru agrees that performance (quantity, quality, and timeliness) is affected by job placement. Job placement has a significant effect on the employee performance of Pt.TriMitra Jaya Semesta Pekanbaru. As evidenced by the t test that job placement provides a very significant contribution to performance at PT. TriMitra Jaya Semesta Pekanbaru The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between the employee job placement variable on the employee performance in Pekanbaru City, with the level of influence that is 0.000 <0.05
