Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the work stress of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit for Folding Kampar Kiri. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PLN in the Customer Service Unit. The sampling technique in this study used Census Sampling, namely the determination of samples taken based on the total population of 11 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or a questionnaire and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that environmental factors, organizational factors and individual factors at PT. PLN (Persero) Kampar Kiri Folding Customer Service Unit has been well controlled.
