Abstract
This study aims to determine how the influence of internal control, accountability and organizational commitment on financial performance in the Regional Work Units in Kampar Regency. The method of selecting the sample in this study usedpurpose sampling in order to obtain 74 respondents. The method of data analysis in this study is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test data quality, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t), and coefficient of determination test, using SPSS version 26 for Windows. The results of the partial test show that internal control and organizational commitment have no significant effect on the financial performance of the Regional Work Units (SKPD) in Kampar Regency. Accountability has a significant effect on the financial performance of the Regional Work Units (SKPD) in Kampar Regency. Internal control, accountability, and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on the financial performance of the Regional Work Units (SKPD) in Kampar Regency.
