Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal on teacher morale at SMKS YPPI Tualang. The population in this study were teachers at SMKS YPPI Tualang. The sampling technique in this study is scoring with a total sample of 30 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study that performance appraisal has a strong relationship, then this study shows the effect of performance appraisal has a significant positive effect on teacher morale at SMKS YPPI Tualang.
