Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of morale on employee performance at the Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method that uses primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of the Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru with a sample of 39 people as respondents using the census method. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression analysis. The variables used in this study are morale and employee performance. Through the t test (partial test) shows the results of research work morale (x) has a significant effect on improving employee performance (y) at the Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru.
