Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the General Repair Division of PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru. The population used in this study were employees of the General Repair Division of PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru with 168 employees, while the sampling technique and obtained a sample of 50 respondents. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. For the data analysis method, the simple linear regression analysis method uses the help of the SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that the variable, organizational culture had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the General Repair Division of PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru.
