Abstract
Thesis âInner Teacher Barriers Planning for Indonesian Language Learning in the Pandemic Period in High School State 5 Pekanbaru City". The learning system has significantly changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic from the process of student teacher interaction face-to-face directly into direct interaction in the network (online). Online learning is a learning process that running by utilizing the internet network with access, connection, and flexibility in generating various types of learning interactions. As for The formulation of the problem in this research is: How are the Teacher Barriers in Planning for Indonesian Language Learning in the Pandemic Period at State High Schools 5 Pekanbaru City. A research must have a purpose, as for the purpose of This research is: To find out how the Barriers of Teachers in Planning for Indonesian Language Learning in the Pandemic Period at State High Schools 5 Pekanbaru City. The theory of learning planning used by researchers in this thesis are: Abdul Majid, Hamzah B. Uno, Amiruddin, Wina Sanjaya, Nana Syaodih and others. Judging from the type of data, the research approach that used in this study is a qualitative approach. In this research, The researcher uses a qualitative phenomenological method, which is a an approach that focuses more on the concept of a particular phenomenon and the form of the study is to see and understand the meaning of a experience related to a phenomenon related to a certain phenomena, (Denzyme and S Lincoln, 2009). Data collection technique in the form of observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. As for Data analysis used in this study is the Stevick-ColaizziKeen model. The results of the study were obtained by in-depth interviews with teachers Indonesian. The obstacles experienced by teachers such as: formulate learning objectives, formulate content or materials, models and media learning and formulating an evaluation in the form of an assessment can be a a challenge for Indonesian language teachers to further improve the process Less effective learning planning and learning need improved again for further online learning.
