Abstract

Pamong teachers' perceptions of the teaching ability carried out by PPL FKIP UIR students at SMAN 1 Ujung Batu. Regency, Rokan Hulu as prospective educators and teachers at schools. This study examines the perceptions of civil servant teachers on the teaching ability of PPL students. The reason this research is important because it is to find out how well students understand their teaching abilities at school and to find out how the tutor teacher responds to the teaching ability of students in the school. The problem of this research is how perceptions are tutor on the teaching ability of PPL FKIP UIR students at SMAN 1 Ujung Batu. District, Rokan Hulu in preliminary learning activities, core learning activities, and closing learning activities. This study aims to describe, analyze, and interpret the teacher's perceptions of the teaching ability of PPL FKIP UIR students at SMAN 1 Ujung Batu. Regency, Rokan Hulu in opening, core, and closing activities. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, the approach used is a quantitative approach. While the data collection technique used the questionnaire distribution technique. In analyzing the data, the writer used a relevant theory, namely Rusman's theory (2014). The sample in this study used a saturated sample or the entire population was sampled, namely 8 civil service teachers at SMAN 1 Ujung Batu. Regency, Rokan Hulu. The results of this study concluded that the teachers' perceptions of the teaching ability of PPL students in opening lessons were many who answered the good category with a total of 16 (50%) respondents, with a score of 10-55% in the less category, the hypothesis was rejected, the core activity of learning category good with a total percentage of 66 (35.9%) respondents, with a value (score) of 10-55% in the category of less, the hypothesis is rejected, and the activity of closing lessons is in the good category with a percentage value of 12 (30%) respondents, with a score (score) 10-55% are categorized as less, the hypothesis is rejected.
