Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of employee job satisfaction on organizational commitment in the AVSEC unit of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport Branch Pekanbaru. This research was conducted with quantitative descriptive methods that use primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews or interviews and research questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of the airport service department with 66 employees using census techniques. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of the job satisfaction variable (X) on the organizational commitment variable in the AVSEC unit of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport Branch Pekanbaru.
