Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and communication on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Alfa Scorpio Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, which is the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researchers, amounting to 35 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and communication partially and simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. Yamaha Alfa Scorpio Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the influence of job satisfaction and communication on employee performance is 87.1%.
