Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Naga Mas Agro Mulia, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study uses Simple Random Sampling, namely the sample is taken in such a way that each research unit or alternative unit from the population that has the same collection is selected as a sample of 89 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and observations. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26 processing. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work environment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Naga Mas Agro Mulia, Rokan Hulu Regency.
