Abstract

Islamic banking in Thailand started in 1998 and was inaugurated in October 2002 called the Islamic Bank of Thailand. The Islamic Bank of Tauland is a stateowned financial institution under the authority of the Thailand Finance Department and its banking operations in carrying out its functions are regulated under the Thailand Islamic Bank Act Act BE 2545. The idea of estab lishing sharia banking in Thailand to meet the needs of Muslims, especially in the 3 southern border provinces, namely Pattani, Narathiwat and Yala. The formulation of the problem in this study is what factors influence the decision making of customers to save at the Khokpho branch of the Islamic Bank of Thailand, Pattani Province?. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence customer decision making in saving at the Khokpho branch of the Islamic Bank of Thailand, Pattani Province. This type of research is a causal field research. Population in this study 1,300 people. Samples were taken of the entire population, namely 93 people. Sampling technique by determining the sample size based on the opinion of Slovin. While the data collec tion technique is by using a questionnaire. To analyze the data used quantitative analysis. In analyzing quantitative data, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is used where the calculation process uses SPSS for Windows Version 24.0. The results showed that service factors and service marketing mix affect customer decision making in saving at the Islamic Bank of Thailand Sakha Khokpho Tambun Na ket, Ampoer Khokpho, Jangwat Pattani. while the most dominant factor influencing is the service marketing mix factor.
