Abstract

Employee performance is the extent to which the employee can carry out the task well in the sense that the implementation is in accordance with the plan, so that satisfactory results are obtained for achieving good employee performance. So employees are required to have quality human resources (HR) who are able to carry out their duties as government officials in accordance with the assigned tasks. Therefore, in order to have a good performance, a person must have a high desire to do and know his job. In other words, individual performance is influenced by job satisfaction. Job satisfaction itself is an individual's feeling towards his job. The main purpose of this research is to know and analyze the performance of civil servants at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Rokan Hilir Regency. The research indicators are Efficiency, Effectiveness, Fairness and Responsiveness. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The number of research informants was 5 people with the Head of BPKAD as the key informant. Data collection techniques with interviews and data analysis in this study used data analysis techniques on the site developed by Miles Huberman. From the results of the research and discussion, the main conclusions can be drawn from the research on Performance Analysis of Civil Servants at the Regional Asset Financial Management Agency of Rokan Hilir Regency. Overall, the process to become a professional employee is still far from expectations and needs to be improved. The suggestions that the authors convey in this study are expected to the leadership to place employees according to their educational background and field of expertise, this is intended so that the resulting performance is as expected. As well as providing education and training for employees so that employees have the ability to innovate on their duties and functions.
