Abstract

This study examines teacher barriers in the implementation of learning during the pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency. Study This study aims to describe, analyze and interpreting what are the teacher's obstacles in implementing learning during the pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci Regency Pelalawan. The theory used to analyze this research problem using the theory of Oemar Hamallik (2010), Suryosubroto (2009). Types of research This is a field research with a quantitative approach. Research population These are the teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency totaling 68 teachers. Sampling technique using the sample is saturated so that the sample in this study is 68 teachers. Technique data collection using observation, and questionnaires. Data analysis using quantitative data using the percentage formula. The results of this study is a teacher of SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci experiencing obstacles in implementation of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, this is evidenced by the average value reached 61% in the interval 61 80%. It means the teacher often experience obstacles in the implementation of learning during pandemic. Obstacles for SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci teachers in the implementation of learning during a pandemic that often occurs is barriers to evaluating learning, namely with an average of 67.7%, while the obstacles that are rarely encountered by teachers are the education in the form of communication and interaction to students who only reached an average of 58.24%.
