Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the Supervision Function and Obstacles to Village Consultative Body Oversight in Distribution of Covid-19 Funds in Mulya Subur Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency. This type of descriptive research uses qualitative methods. Determine key informants and informants as sources of information in obtaining research data. The informants of this study were the Head of the Pangkalan Lesung Sub-District, the Village Head, the Head of the BPD, the Village Secretary, and Members of the BPD Mulya Subur Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency. Types and sources of data namely primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. In this research, the descriptive method is used, namely the collected data is classified according to its type and form and then presented descriptively. The supervisory function of the Village Consultative Body in Distribution of Covid-19 Funds in Mulya Subur Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency has not been implemented. Where from direct supervision the BPD has followed all the distribution processes of BLT DD covid-19 funds held by the village government, but from indirect supervision to date there has been no accountability report requested by BPD members and submitted by the village government to the BPD. There is an obstacle to the supervisory function, namely that not all BPD members are involved in conducting supervision and there is no report from the village government regarding the use of the APBDes. Then found from an external perspective in the form of social jealousy in the community because they did not receive assistance.
