Abstract

Based on interviews with the Counseling Guidance Teacher at school, it shows that student learning discipline experiences problems such as there are some students who seem not to pay attention to the teacher when explaining learning, this can be seen when given the task they cannot answer correctly. Some students who don't do their homework even do their homework in class. Some students often come in and out of the classroom when the teacher is explaining the material. Some students are often late to class when the bell rings. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant influence between teacher performance on student learning discipline in accounting subjects in class XI on the growth and development material of Accounting at SMAN 1 Bunut, Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency. The method used by the writer is a causal associative method. The population referred to in this study were the 11th grade students of SMAN 1 Bunut, Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency, totaling 111 students. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling, so the sample in this study was 87 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is multiple regression. Based on research on the effect of teacher performance on student learning discipline in accounting subjects at SMAN 1 Bunut, Bunut district, Pelalawan district, the following conclusions were obtained: Teacher performance had a significant effect on student learning discipline in accounting subjects at SMAN 1 Bunut, Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency.
