Abstract
The study is conducted to evaluate the implementation of tssssshe online system of motor vehicle taxes and the inhibitory factors for the implementation. The study was done to see how e-samsat was provided by community service in outsourcing motor vehicles. This research method USES qualitative methods that focus on analyzing empirical conditions, interviews and documentations by using dunn's theory (2003) of effectiveness, efficiency, integration, responsiveness and precision. The study was done at the upt offices of income management kubang. The conclusion of the study is that the implementation of payments online or e-samsat is still not optimal because there are still many taxpayers who do not know enough about the payments online or the purchase of e-samsat. A deterrent factor is ill-known knowledge of e-samsat, a shortage of socialization, and inadequate means and infrastructure.
