Abstract

This study aims to find out the Effect of Employee Work Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in PT. Telkom Indonesia Pekanbaru and to know the obstacles faced in increasing employee work commitment to PT. Telkom pekanbaru. The object of this research is the author taking the research location on PT. Telkom Jln.Jendral Sudirman No. 199 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study numbered 54 people with simple regression. Based on the results of research that has been done where the simple linear regression equation Y = 24,910 +0.176X. Employee work commitment has a significant influence on job satisfaction in PT employees. Telkom Pekanbaru with thitung value (1,693) > ttabel (2,034) and significant value generated by 0.000. The results also explained that employees' commitment has a strong relationship to job satisfaction with PT. Telkom Pekanbaru with correlation value of 40% While employee work commitment can affect job satisfaction by 72% and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not researched in this study. The higher the employee's work commitment, the higher the job satisfaction and perceived performance. But in practice not all employees carry out their full commitments. There are very high commitments and some are very low.
