Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the level of student motivation in participating in the PJOK learning process on volleyball material at MTS Bustanul Ulum, Pekanbaru. Based on the results of observations that have been made on students of MTS Bustunul Ulum, Pekanbaru. According to observations in the field, students' motivation in participating in learning still looks lacking, so it is necessary to do research to find out the cause and effect so that motivation can increase. The test used in this study using a questionnaire test or questionnaire test. The sample in this study were 60 people. From the results of tests conducted on students of MTS Bustanul Ulum, Pekanbaru using a questionnaire in accordance with the existing indicators, the conclusions obtained in this study are as follows: The motivation of class VIII students in participating in learning corners on volleyball material at MTS Bustanul Ulum Pekanbaru which is classified as "Pretty Good” with an average presentation of 68,33% which lies in the percentage between the values of 60%-75%.
