Abstract

This research aims to find out the validity of the development of mathematical learning devices. The learning tools developed are syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), and Student Worksheet (LKPD) using realistic mathematics education (RME) approach with riau malay cultural context on the material to build curved side room. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model modified due to the covid 19 pandemic consisting of analyze, design, and development stages. The data obtained in this study is quantitative data. The quantitative data is obtained from validation sheets assessed by four validators. Validation sheet results are analyzed using descriptive data analysis techniques. Of the four validators, the results of validation analysis obtained the validity rate of the syllabus which is 92.96% (very valid), the overall validity rate of RPP is 94.35% (very valid) and the overall validity rate of LKPD is 95.56% (very valid). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the research on the development of mathematical learning devices using the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach with the riau malay cultural context on the material builds curved side rooms with very valid categories.
