Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline in increasing employee work productivity at PT. Arara Abadi Rantau Bertuah Branch. The data collection using a questionnaire with a research sample of employees at PT. Arara Abadi with a total of 70 people. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method, and the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed the level of employee work discipline at PT. Arara Abadi Rantau Bertuah Branch has been classified as good, and employee work productivity at PT. Arara Abadi Rantau Bertuah Branch has also been classified as good. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Arara Abadi Rantau Bertuah Branch.
