Abstract
This research was conducted for 7 days in September 2019 at the Fish Seed Hall (BBI) Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Pekanbaru Islamic University. The study had 5 treatments and 3 replays with complete RandomIzed Design (RAL) methods with p1 temperature treatment 24 o o C, P2 temperature 26 o C, P3 temperature 28 o C, P4 temperature 30 C and P5 o temperature 32 C. After 2 4 hours ofresearch, it was obtained that hatching time is best found in p4 treatment namely (temperature 30°C) 21 hours 45 minutes, then the P5 treatment (temperature 32°C) which is 21 hours 55 minutes then followed by the treatment P3 (temperature 28 °C) 23 hours 3 minutes then the P2 treatment (temperature 26°C) by 24 hours and then on the P1 treatment by 24 hours </b145.55 minutes.. The highest percentage of hatching puyu eggs found in P5 was 86.25 % followed by P2 (85.71%) and P4 (80.15 %) while the lowest hatching percentage P1 71.21 %) and P2 (72.97 %). From the results of statistical analysis on the hatching of puyu fish eggs as seen in lampiran obtained F count (5,37)> F table (0.05) 3,48 > at a rate of 95%, then different temperatures give a real influence on the hatching of puyu fish eggs (A. testudineus) tested. The lowest percentage of life of puyu fish larvae aged 2 days was found in the treatment of P1 (24 o C),in addition to the low hatching percentage of the 2-day life rate of larvae in the P1 treatment was also low at 72.58 %, the death rate of larvae in the treatment of P1 is thought to be caused by puyu fish larvae it is more difficult to tolerate a temperature of 24 o C than in other higher temperature treatments, this is because at o 32 C the osmoregulation rate is higher so that energy consumption occurs more. While the survival of puyu fish larvae aged 2 days is highest found in the treatment of P5 (32 o C) which is 89.02 % followedby the treatment of P4 (30 o C) i.e. 83.82 % is thought to be due to water quality factors, especially the temperature in the treatment is the optimum range that can still be tolerated by puyu fish larvae.. From the results of statistical analysis of the survival of puyu fish larvae aged 2 days as seen in the Appendix, obtained F count (50.70) > F table (0.05) 4.07 > F table (0.01) 7.59 at a rate of 95 %, then different temperature factors give a very noticeable effect on the sincerity of the life of puyu fish larvae at the age of 2 days. Thus it can be concluded that the temperature is beaked against the time of development of puyu egg embryos, a good temperature for the development of puyu egg embryos is found in the treatment of P5 (32 o C) for 16' hours. The temperature affects the drop power of puyu fish eggs with a percentage of 86.25 %. The results of statistical analysis of hatching puyu eggs of different temperatures have a very noticeable influence on the hatching of puyu eggs (A. tetsudineus) tested. The best temperature for egg hatching is at 32 o C.
