Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of product diversity on consumer satisfaction at Rizquna Mart Km. 55 Sawit Permai Village. The results showed that the results of the t-test showed that the product diversity (X) with a value of sig = 0.000<0.05 or t-count = 7.391>1.661, it can be concluded that product diversity has a positive and partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Rizquna Mart Km. 55 Sawit Permai Village. The value of R-Square (R 2 ) is 0.363 or (36.3%). This explains that product diversity has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Rizquna Mart Km. 55 Sawit Permai Village, while the remaining 63.7% (100%-36.3%) were influenced by other factors outside of this study. From the conclusions obtained in this study, the authors provide suggestions to Rizquna Mart Km. 55 Sawit Permai Village, which must maintain and furter increase the variety of products marketed in order to meet consumer needs and add value to consumer satisfaction.
