Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective and efficient the use of the PERT method is in a project work. Especially in the project that the researcher took as the research object, namely the project to build a village meeting building in the village of Intan Mulya Jaya which was carried out by CV. Siti Dua Sejahtera. In this study, researchers used the PERT method as a tool to measure the probability level of completion of the project. The data owned by researchers is data taken from the company directly. The results of this study indicate that. By using the PERT method, it is able to produce project scheduling with a faster completion time than that used by the company. Namely for 80 working days while from the time of completion of the project by CV. Siti Dua Sejahtera for 90 working days. It lasts 10 working days.
