Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Pondok Jambu Restaurant in Padang Lawas Regency. This research was conducted at Pondok Guava Restaurant. The sample in this study was 50 respondents using the accidental sampling technique, namely the sampling by chance taking into account the readiness of the respondents to be interviewed or even by means of a questionnaire. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire method with an ordinal scale model. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between price and service quality on customer satisfaction.
